Terms & Conditions

• The voucher is issued to the recipient and is non-transferable.
• The voucher is valid for a single transaction for 15% discount on Zeiss Branded Lenses
• The voucher is valid until 30th December 2025.
• Only one voucher code may be used per transaction, and the voucher cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion unless expressly permitted by ZEISS.
• The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, consolidated with other vouchers, partially redeemed, or replaced after expiry. It is not a legal tender, account card, credit/debit card, or security.
• Lost, stolen, or misplaced vouchers will not be replaced or reissued.
• ZEISS reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the voucher program, including these terms and conditions, at its sole discretion with reasonable notice, where feasible, through official ZEISS communication channels.
• ZEISS reserves the right to cancel or void any voucher suspected of being obtained or used fraudulently or in violation of these terms.
• ZEISS shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the voucher, except as required by applicable law.
• ZEISS’s total liability for any direct damage related to the voucher shall not exceed the price paid for the ZEISS-branded spectacle lenses purchased using the voucher, whichever is lower.
• The voucher is subject to verification at the time of redemption, and ZEISS opticians reserve the right to refuse redemption if the voucher is invalid, expired, or suspected of misuse.
• This offer is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from or in connection with the voucher shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
