• Expired vouchers will not be accepted, extended, or reissued.
• Voucher is valid only on food & beverage purchases and cannot be used to buy another voucher.
• No cashback, refund, or credit note will be issued in case the invoice value is less than the voucher amount.
• If the bill value exceeds the voucher value, the balance must be paid by the customer.
• Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Voucher is not redeemable on outlets located in Malls, Mall POS and airports as specified in non-participating outlets list
